In order for the warranty to become valid, it is essential that the warranty registration is completed online within 15 Days from the date of installation. After receiving your registration application, the Warranty confirmation will be emailed to you within 7 working days. You can also check this online.

Harnitek products are only warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials or workmanship.

The warranty period is effective from the date the product is purchased. All faulty parts must be returned to the service engineer after any repair work.

The warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged by modification, misuse, accident neglect, or any unauthorised modification, such as the use of non-Harnitek approved accessories.

A copy of your original receipt and warranty card are required to make warranty claim. The “Maintenance Service Registration Form” shall be filled out by the maintenance personnel when carrying out servicing or repair work; please keep this card safe.
